I find where the money stops. Then I build what keeps it moving

I'm Martin Meneses. I've been building sales funnels since 2010, from Tlaxcala, Mexico, for businesses in English and Spanish.

I started as an operator. I'm still one

I didn't come into this as a consultant. I came in building: writing the copy, putting up the pages, wiring the emails, reading the numbers the next morning.

Over 15 years that added up to 100+ funnels across 12+ niches: high-ticket mentorships in Airbnb and real estate, personal development, business networks, parenting coaching, sleep, cleaning services, info products, e-commerce.

Case files

Three files that taught me where money stops

File 015 years

Alejandro Bross

Business network

5,000+ active members

My first funnel client. Same product, same network, same traffic: I changed how the offer was pitched. The network grew past 5,000 active members, and everyone who joined came through the sales page I built. I don't take all the credit. I learned what one page can carry.

Carlos García

Airbnb mentorship

$561,734 two live challenges

Carlos was already selling with a weak ad pointed at a calendar link. I built everything around it: the challenge funnel, the pages, the follow-up. Two live challenges brought in $561,734, counted from the daily sales sheets.

File 032025 to 2026

Travis Stephenson

PaidCreators

$249,291 one front-end page

Travis hired me to build a new funnel. The front-end sales page took off: $249,291 from 6,295 orders, 2.35% of unique visitors on cold Meta traffic, and it was still live in August 2026. The upsells I built didn't hold, and I never got the chance to find out why.

That stuck with me. Building the page is the easy part. Knowing where the money stops is the job.

Why AI sales systems

Building got cheap. Anyone can spin up a page, an automation, or an AI agent in an afternoon. What didn't get cheap is judgment: knowing which stage is leaking, what it costs you, and what to fix first.

So that's what I sell. I trace the money, find the leak, and only then build. AI goes in where the numbers ask for it: an instant reply to a new lead, a follow-up nobody was sending, a booking that collects payment. Never as the product on its own.

I run my own stack the same way. I built the email engine, the booking system that takes payments, and the tracker that sends conversions to Meta. This site runs on them.

How I work

01

One observation before any proposal.

You see how I think before you spend anything.

02

Numbers with a source.

If I can't show where a number came from, I don't use it.

03

No 40-page reports.

A ranked list of leaks and the money behind each one.

04

I'll tell you if I don't see anything.

That's an answer too.

Outside the work

I live in Tlaxcala with my family. I box, I lift, and I turn most things in my life into a system, from trip plans to my weekly meals. Same habit, different subject.
